The internship positions offer a unique opportunity for graduate students, or those with a recent graduate degree, to acquire real-word experience with an innovative company in risk analytics and insider threat. Candidates with recent undergrad degrees and excellent credentials may also be considered.
The successful candidates will be passionate and creative about analyzing very-large and diverse data sources, solving complex analytics data problems, and supporting the implementation of data-driven models to continuously improve Endera’s products and results for our clients.
Candidates should come from programs, majors, or concentrations in data analytics, data science, business analytics, business intelligence, computer science, statistical computations, etc. They should have substantial coursework and, ideally, some experience in large and varied datasets, exploratory data analysis, treatment and interpretation of data, data mining, statistical analysis and reporting, and visualization.
Highly desirable are hands-on coursework or other experience with statistical data analysis software (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS, MATLAB), relational (SQL) and NoSQL (e.g., Mongo) databases, and/or modern programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python, Perl).
These are paid summer internships, located in Tysons Corner, VA. Internships could be extended beyond summer of 2018 and potentially result in an extension of an offer for a permanent position.
