We are looking for experienced Implementation Lead to join our Data and Analytics team. This role requires acute attention to detail, a strong sense of accountability, collaboration skills, and extensive hands-on experience as you directly contribute to the success of our digital analytics strategy, including data collection, reporting performance, measurement opportunities, and the integration of data across our platform.
At DSS data is central to measuring all aspects of the business, and critical to its operations and growth. Implementation Leads work closely with the data engineering and front-end technology teams for tagging and collecting, recognizing the final use cases of analyzing and distributing data using public cloud and open source technologies.
Implementation and maintenance of our internal and third-party analytics platforms, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Google Analytics, Adobe Target, Optimizely, Localytics, Branch, Kochava, and Conviva Pulse.
Responsible for understanding the business requirements and translating them into actionable implementation specs and owning how data should be tracked and measured for analysis and reporting.
Collaborate with engineering teams, data analysts and data scientists to design and build data-forward solutions based on analytics needs.
Design and maintain tracking solution documents based on stakeholder requirements for multiple platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and connected devices.
Perform data quality audits, QA tags, identify data collection issues, suggest improvements, and implement fixes.
Work with Technical Project Managers to identify project risks and define exit criteria for each testing cycle.
Perform regular quality assurance and testing post-implementation to guarantee sustained performance across our apps.
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment including the organization skills required to manage multiple projects simultaneously
2+ years of experience implementing and maintaining Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics on websites, mobile applications, and OTT platforms
Experience using a tag management tool such as Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, or Tealium
Proficiency with data analysis tools, including hands-on knowledge working with data layers such as tag management systems to expose user events and actions on webpages
High familiarity with data platforms and applications such as GCP (Dataflow, BigQuery), Redshift, Snowflake, Airflow
You understand IP-based video delivery, including live video delivery and related analytics technology
Experience with ticketing systems like Jira or Workfront
Experience implementing A/B testing tools such as Adobe Target and/or Optimizely is preferred
Experience with database structure and queries (SQL) is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while in a very fast-paced and deadline-driven environment is essential.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong academic record and degree from a 4-year college or university is required
Coursework in computer science or data analysis is preferred.
