Role focuses on measuring and reporting marketing campaign performance, understanding customer behavior, and driving critical business decisions so that we can provide the best-in-class customer experience with highly personalized engaging marketing programs. This position is also expected to champion the understanding of customers/visitors and to inform business strategies across departments advocating for the voice of customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
Accurately define KPIs based on business objectives, demonstrate clear understanding of digital business model, and analyzing the different behaviors of each customer segment and marketing channels.
Interpret data sets and develop actionable recommendations for new opportunities in customer acquisition, retention, engagement and other revenue driving activities; engage with marketing teams to further improve/accelerate our marketing programs.
Managing the requirements for qualitative and quantitative analytics; assist with multivariate testing and provide timely analysis and recommendations based on results to support decision-making including website, product, and marketing efforts.
Apply statistical modeling skills to develop more advanced analysis that drive action in the business; providing the necessary analytical rigor to ensure quality, consistency, repeatability, and accuracy of insights.
Collaborate with marketing leads on building an attribution model to measure and analyze various marketing channels and their impact on revenue growth.
Leverage web analytical tools (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics) to understand onsite behavior including click through rates, pathways analysis, conversion rate.
Design market research and analyze survey data to measure impact of marketing tactics & understand consumer behavior
Performs other duties as requested by management.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor degree or higher in related field (Business Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Statistics or similar), advanced degree preferred.
4+ years of relevant work experience in an analytics role, preferably in marketing analytics for digital organization.
Advanced SQL / query language skills, ability to analyze large data sets and manipulate data
Experience with any common BI tools such as Cognos, Business Objects, Tableau, Power BI, or Microstrategy desired
1+ years of experience with open source statistical modeling tool (R, Python) desired.
Ability to display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and be able to present findings in a clear and concise manner to different audience
Strong proactive problem solver who can connect the dots and turn data and analysis into impactful and actionable insights
Excellent organizational, oral and interpersonal communication skills, and keen attention to details

This individual will have responsibility for consumer insights project management, including data analysis and reporting, for the Consumer Insights team focused on Consumer Products within DPECP. The focus of this team is to utilize primary/custom research as well as secondary data tools/resources to help inform business decisions around strategy, product development and communication/marketing.
Specifically, areas include:
Content impact on merchandise
Distribution (product, retail and e-commerce)
Marketing and digital content support for franchises and merchandise
Knowledge and experience in the implementation of both custom qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies
Consult with clients and internal project teams on objectives and information needs for marketing research studies
Lead all aspects of qualitative research projects (e.g., focus groups, depth interviews), including client management, development of discussion guides, stimuli management, analysis, reporting, and presentation of research results
Lead all aspects of quantitative research projects, development of research brief, questionnaire, data analysis plan, and reporting to ensure data will meet ultimate information needs
Conduct surveys and write/present insight driven reports using in-house online panel
Utilize research across syndicated sources/tools to continuously track consumer trends, consumption habits, preferences and behaviors
Specific responsibilities include: writing research briefs, participating in research design, supporting and/or managing the research process end-to-end (including all market research-related deliverables to ensure the quality and accuracy of the work product), data analysis, reporting (including implications), and presentation of findings
In addition to experience and knowledge in custom/primary research and secondary/syndicated sources, have experience working with digital, social, and traditional media data. Provide measurement, reporting, and analytics for digital media, website, CMR, and offline
5-8 years of primary market research experience required, managing custom and syndicated research
Demonstrated project management and data analysis experience, including ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
Strong analytical skills – Statistics experience and familiarity with SPSS a plus
Experience working with and collaborating with analytics and data science teams
Able to synthesize a lot of information into a highly visual, concise story (expertise in PowerPoint or Keynote)
Excellent business writing skills
Experience writing and conducting effective presentations to large, diverse audiences
Support media optimization and marketing initiatives through reporting and analytics. Experience working with digital, social, and traditional media data. Provide measurement, reporting, and analytics for digital media, website, CMR, and offline
Experience with social listening tools a plus
Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Highly detail-oriented and well-organized; able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
